By applying to become a TPS Nutrients retail partner (activating a wholesale account), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

MAP PRICING
Not to advertise TPS Nutrients products below current retail prices (MAP), with these limited promotional exceptions:

• SINGLE PRODUCT: Discounting up to 10% off retail prices for a single product at a time, for no more than 1-week (7 days) at a time.
• BUY-ONE-GET-ONE ("BOGO"): "BOGO" for a single product at a time, for no more than 1-week (7 days) at a time.
• MULTI-PRODUCT or ENTIRE CATALOG: Discounting up to 25% off retail prices no more than once per quarter (every three months) for no more than 1-week (7 days) at a time.

GENERAL
• Not to sell or advertise TPS Nutrients products with any national online or brick and mortar store(s) including, but not exclusive to: Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, etc unless you receive prior written authorization from TPS Nutrients.
• To pre-pay for all orders and associated fees, as TPS Nutrients does not extend terms on wholesale orders.

TPS reserves the right to revoke retail/wholesale contracts and suspend purchasing accounts at any time for violation of this, or any other policy.
